If it is not cleaned regularly, it will not be able to prevent static electricity and dust removal better. Even the residues on the fan and ion probe will be continuously transported to the production products, affecting the ideal effect.
　　Cleaning method:
　　1. Our fans are equipped with semi-automatic dust removal brush structure, such as cleaning once a week, static elimination time, residual voltage and other parameters can maintain long-term stability.
　　2. The air inlet network and ionization outlet network of the ion fan should be kept clean to prevent blocking the air flow. It can be cleaned with a soft brush or compressed air. (This cleaning * should be carried out outside the purification workshop to prevent residues from being left in the purification workshop).
　　3. For enterprises that produce high precision, they should ensure good and lasting anti-static function. The best way to clean is to use a cotton swab dipped in alcohol to clean the residue on the fan and ion probe.
　　Time and frequency of cleaning the fan: generally, it should be cleaned once every 15 days. Enterprises with high requirements should clean it once a week.
　　Keeping the fan clean can not only achieve better results, but also extend the service life of the fan.
