Ion fans are common static elimination equipment in the electrostatic field and need regular cleaning and maintenance, but most users ignore this point, which reduces the service life of the ion fans. In addition, some problems may occur during the use of the ion blower. For example, as the manufacturer of electrostatic monitoring system, the ion blower is also one of our products. So how should the ion blower be properly and properly grounded?
　　(1) The sectional area of the main grounding line of the ion fan shall not be less than 100 mm2; The sectional area of the branch line shall not be less than 6 mm2; The grounding wire of equipment and working platform shall be multi-stranded plastic-coated wire with sectional area not less than 1.25 mm2, and the color of the grounding wire shall be yellow and green.
　　(2) The connection method of the main grounding line of the ion fan shall be brazing.
　　(3) The anti-static system of the ion fan must have an independent and reliable grounding device, and the grounding resistance should generally be less than 10 Ohms, meeting the requirements of GBJ97.
　　(4) The ion fan is powered by three-phase five-wire system, and its large ground wire can be used as anti-static ground wire (but the zero line and ground wire shall not be mixed).
　　(5) The connection terminal of anti-static equipment shall be firmly contacted and easy to assemble and disassemble. It is allowed to use various clip connectors, such as clip, plug base, etc.
　　(6) The anti-static ground wire shall not be connected to the zero line of the power supply and shall not be shared with the lightning protection ground wire. Because lightning and other phenomena will affect the function and personal safety of the product through the circuit.
　　(7) The workplace with high requirements for grounding resistance of the ion fan should be equipped with a grounding system monitoring alarm.
