1. Power and air supply requirements
　　① The power supply must have a ground wire and be fully grounded. The transformer must be well grounded. Before each use, check whether the grounding wire knob is tightened.
　　② The air source used must be effectively filtered. Sometimes a secondary filtration device is required. The filter should be cleaned in time. Otherwise: water, oil and dust/dust particles will enter the ion generation chamber and attach to the inner wall of plastic parts. When it accumulates to a certain extent, the ion needle will fire it. Results The plastic parts gradually formed honeycomb-like coke damage, while the ion removal gradually decreased; In particular, there are potential safety hazards.
　　2. Adjustment of anti-static effect
　　① The antistatic effect The antistatic time is inversely proportional to the air pressure. The air pressure shall be 0.3Mpa - 0.7Mpa.
　　② The distance and angle between the gun head and the nozzle head and the electrostatic field affect the electrostatic effect, and attention should be paid to debugging until it is satisfactory.
　　3. Routine maintenance
　　① The air gun/nozzle is easy to break. Pay attention to anti-collision when using the air gun and prevent falling after use. Even if the air nozzle is fixed, pay attention to prevent objects from colliding.
　　② The air pressure regulating valve of the air gun is moderate, and the universal anti-rust lubricant is applied in an appropriate amount.
　　③ When cleaning the ion probe and the ion probe chamber of the ion air gun, use absolute alcohol instead of water. When cleaning, first cut off the power, then unscrew the small plastic cover (also known as the air accelerator) in front of the ion air gun head with a camera, clean the ion probe and the inner cavity of the ion probe chamber with a cotton swab dipped with anhydrous alcohol, and clean the internal stains and dirt inside.
　　④ It is better to add a foot switch to the air supply of the ion air gun, or through the linkage control of solenoid valve and mechanical action, which can not only improve the use effect, but also extend the service life.
